What does it take to get my kids to devour veggies? CHEESE! in case you’ve followed me lengthy enough you know I’m all about that cheese! From 1st baron beaverbrook Cheeseburger Cauliflower Casserole, to tacky Cauli little toddlers, cheesy Zucchini Bites, to tacky Antipasto stuffed hen, it’s continually going to win my circle of relatives over with cheese in it!
These wouldn’t be their common choice for dinner, in any case, they're children and would decide upon french fries! but I had to attempt. I even told them they have been a brand new type of french fry! They didn’t buy that, but they did all revel in the green beans and my youngest even asked for seconds. so that you can me that’s triumphing
Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 egg beaten
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
12 ounces fresh green beans
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl whisk the oil, garlic, egg and salt together.
Toss in the green beans and coat well.
Sprinkle in Parmesan on the green beans and toss gently.
Place evenly on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
To crisp, heat for a minute or two under broiler.
