Healthy bread salad with avocado, feta and tomatoes




Well, can it be knuckled a bit in your salad? Then there are now crisps herbal croƻtons in XXL format, softly bedded in crisp salad with avocado, feta, tomatoes and a light lemon olive oil dressing.

Bake ciabatta in the oven.

Clean the salad, cut into thick slices, wash and drain in a sieve. Wash and dice tomatoes. Halve avocado lengthwise, dissolve the flesh and cut the feta into coarse cubes, just like the feta. Peel garlic and chop or squeeze finely. Wash the lemon hot, finely grate the zest and squeeze out the juice.

For the dressing, combine olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, a pinch of sugar with salt and pepper.

Allow ciabatta to cool briefly after baking time, then cut into coarse cubes.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large frying pan. Add the garlic, some lemon abrasion, oregano and ciabate cube and fry everything crispy under a multiple turn for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add bread cubes with the dressing to the salad and mix well
